I visited on 4/27 at 7:30 PM for a 110-minute 4-hands massage, expecting high-class service based on the reviews. Instead, it was the least professional experience I’ve ever had. The staff laughed and chatted loudly throughout the entire session. It felt like they were making fun of our bodies, which is incredibly disrespectful. Most alarmingly, they continued laughing while stepping on my spine and folding my body. This is dangerous and completely unsafe. A massage is meant to be a quiet, respectful environment, but this was constant noise and singing. I wanted to report this at the desk, but no manager was available. Please train your staff on basic professionalism and safety. I have attached a photo of the discount coupon(They will give you after you finish the service) from my visit as proof of service. I hope the management takes this seriously, as no customer should ever feel unsafe or mocked during a treatment.

A friend brought me here directly after out flight. Was lucky we were before a group of 9 Chinese tourist, else we will have to wait After a 90 min package, I feel so refreshed from the facial and massage given. The massuer is proficient and professional.
I got my hair washed, face refreshed, ears cleaned, and the four hands massage (it's all above board). One lady massages your legs while the other does a neck massage, and cleans your ears and stuff. It was my first time to an establishment like this, but it was very relaxing, very therapeutic and I would definitely go back again. The girls are very sweet and pamper you in a very wholesome way. Thank you, see you again soon
